Annual Maintenance Agreement With a $300.00 Annual Maintenance Agreement, you can have up to 15 forms converted at $20.00 per English form and $35.00 per Spanish form. For each additional 10 forms over 15, our annual maintenance agreement is increased by only $50.00. For example, 24 IEP forms would cost $350.00 plus conversion fees ($20.00 per English form and $35.00 per Spanish form). Our annual maintenance agreement provides for minor revisions to be completed at no charge during the year. In most cases, minor revisions to a form can be completed within 24 hours. If your special education district does not already know about our services, we will convert two forms for your district into templates for free. Without an Annual Maintenance Agreement:

What do you get with an Annual Maintenance Agreement?
- First, it is an inexpensive way for SELPAs and School Districts to quickly and reliably empower their educators to complete their IEP forms electronically on the computer. 1edweb can have your forms activated on our web site within 5 -10 business days depending on the number of forms you need done. Little or no training costs are involved. Avoid the cost of fulltime staff having to develop and maintain your electronic forms.
- Second, School Districts/SELPAs play a key role in helping us improve your forms electronically without the expense of full time staff making refinements to your forms. - Third, minor revisions to a paper-based form can be quickly converted into existing online templates, normally within 24 hours and free of charge, when you have an annual maintenance agreement. We will work with your educators via e-mail and/or phone to help them trouble shoot any problems they may encounter downloading and using our templates.
To begin the process for getting your IEP forms converted into templates, your SELPA/District needs to review and sign our proposal, which we can send via e-mail. You can then mail the IEP forms (originals) you desire to be converted into templates, along with the signed proposal, to our mailing address. Upon receipt of your original IEP forms, we will begin a three step process as follows:
