What do you get with an Annual Maintenance Agreement?
How do I get started?
To begin the process for getting your IEP forms converted into templates, your SELPA/District needs to review and sign our proposal, which we can send via e-mail. You can then mail the IEP forms (originals) you desire to be converted into templates, along with the signed proposal, to our mailing address. Upon receipt of your original IEP forms, we will begin a three step process as follows:
The first step is to ensure we have your most
current IEP forms (unfolded originals please). We will then
begin the conversion process as per the proposal ($20.00 per
English form and $35.00 per Spanish with an annual maintenance
agreement). During the conversion process we will need
a SELPA and/or District point of contact to answer any questions we may
have as per specific fill-in preferences; such as drop down
menus to validate fields. We can normally
convert/complete 10 - 15 forms within 5 - 10 business days.
We recently completed 78 forms within 15 business days.
The second step is to complete the process of
conversion and review of forms. After we have completed our
thorough review, we invite your point of contact to review and
provide us any comments or recommendations on how we can
refine the forms electronically (i.e., font size for fillers,
hypertext links, drop down menus, etc.) without taking away from the
appearance/integrity of your paper-based forms. With the
annual maintenance agreement established,
we continue this review process throughout the school year to
include any SELPA minor revisions for an existing online
form/template (completed within 24 hours) done free of
charge. Our review process timeline is included in the first
step above (10 - 15 forms = 10 business days.)
The third step is ongoing.....providing you
and your teachers quick and efficient replies to
their respective e-mail inquiries regarding any downloading
and/or filling difficulties they may encounter with their
templates. Sometimes, this has entailed a phone call and even
workshops for some Districts/SELPAs.
